GreenCloud

Dirt cheap VPS provider. Although some outages and no refund policy.

Storj

Decentralized cloud storage. Seems good privacy and security. Cheap as $4/TB/month and egress at $7/TB. Offers S3 compatible API and speed seems good. Network status.

Amazon S3 Glacier storage

Cheap long-term storage. $0.99/TB/month for S3 Glacier Deep Archive. Retrieval fee is a bit high, needs advanced timing and requests are charged but good for long-term storage for really important backup.

Nebula Genomics

Whole genome sequencing. $249 kit will give you 30x depth whole genome sequencing. Seems good privacy and security. Offers raw data download and analysis. But built-in analytics seems not so powerful and requires subscription.
